ROAD TRIP!!!!

If you’ve ever been there before you have met Obed. He is one of the biggest reasons we are actually in La Lopez. Obed got saved during one of our summer trips! After being a part of our outreaches in the different high schools and hearing the gospel message preached over and over he and a few other friends gave their life to Jesus. Since then he’s been a member of our church and has been baptized. We dream of one day very soon being able to get a bigger facility where we can have a place for Obed and his team of dancers, Break Style Crew have a place have a place to rehearse and to do what they love in the community. But because of his break dancing and all that high impact activity, he recently had to have a surgery. But the surgery was in another town almost 3 hours away called Santa Barbara. So today we loaded up and took a road trip to Santa Barbara to visit her Obed as he’s recuperating from his surgery. We want him to know that he’s important and special to us and important and special to God. So it was a change of scenery today as we were out on the road enjoying the beautiful Honduran scenery and making sure that our Obed knew that he was loved by God.  Would you join with us in prayer that Obed will recuperate quickly and be able to get back to what he loves and how he ministers: breakdancing!
